ACD Supervisor 1

Anyone have a quick walk through to set up an M3904 as an ACD Supervisor to monitor 2 ACDs. Wants to use DWC and DAG. Thanx in advance

you can put two acd supervisors on the same phone, but only one can be logged in at a time. the mon key follows the logged super..

Next how do you set this up with ACDs 7500 & 7501. Never done this before.(ACD's)

after you put spv in class instead of agn, the rest of the phone is the same as an agent. do not copy or change a acde phone, build it new. just print a acd phone and put the buttons on. reply if a button or feature gives you a code.

admittedly it only monitors one q but then we only have 1 q.....
I guess all you do add another dwc..

Just one more question.

KEY 00 ACD 8005 0 5156

In the above example where do you get/confirm/find the code 5156 and what does it reference to.

the 5156 is the agent number off of the acd group main number 8005. You will have to prt a ludn in ld 20 and pick you out an unused DN range. also note how mikey123 made his acd number 5156 and his scr on key 1 6156. this is good practice when you build your phones to make everything correspond and keeps your numbering plan nice and tidy.
