After posting this message I realized that starting nwadmin caused no effect, Networker server itself halted.
You're right that it was an index corruption issue.
First of all I deleted "/nsr/index" contents and run "nsrck -c". That command created...

When we start nwadmin, Networker Backup and Recover Server service halts. In daemon.log it says "nsrd: nsrindexd has exited with status 128"

Yes you're right.
I got this error message at around 6am for several times. It seemed to me that default timeout value for savepnpc is that time.So I added something different value in <groupname>.res file.Since then backup works fine.

I tried a directed recover from a client and hit a bug. According to documents Legato 6.0.1 sometimes loses its index structure.I rebuilt index for a tape by using command "scanner".
Next recover trial succeded.

Msg causes recovery to fail.Approximately 10 minutes later since I begin recover, file size changes from 0 to 64K.Thats all.
File is a SQLServer dump file.

I recovered yesterday's mm directory from dat tape.
So that I was able start Networker. But because of that I will scan backups since yesterday into database.
By the way, "nsrim -X" didn't work. Anyway If you send me the procedure I will appreciate.
