Thanks for the help. The first 3 u mentioned I already tried. I managed to get it working by ripping out the nic, modem and sound card. Then I put them back in and everything still works. That's kinda weird, but hey as long as it works.
You probably get reboots instead of Blue Screens because XP is most likely set on auto-reboot. If for some reason u would like to turn this off, right click on my computer, goto properties and on the advanced tab click the Startup and Recovery settings button. In there uncheck auto reboot...
As Rockerfellerz mentioned, did u try holding down the button for a few seconds. Some boards, allow u to use the same power button as a reset switch and the off switch.
