Does anyone out there know if there is a program that tests the speed of a DDR chip?
Basically I need a program to clarify that my chip is indeed 266Mhz and assurances that it is running at optimal level as my motherboard does not seem to tell me the speed.
Do I need to change any Precharge or CAS settings in the BIOS?

My processor is Pentium 4 1.8Ghz 512k 400FSB
My memory is PC2100 DDR266
I understand that the memory is twice the bus speed so if my board was running at 133Mhz my current DDR would work optimally at 266Mhz? Is this correct?
Would I be overclocking the DDR if I set the bus to 133 in BIOS bearing in mind that my Processor is 400FSB and not 533?
Need education...help

Incidentally I have already got Sandra2003 diag software but did not notice any DDR speed reports.
I may be going mad and they may have stared me in the face.
