i did that but what happens when we call the acd line which use to go to a tree voice mail they can select options now goes to operator.

we call 4500 and press 2 it rings 4 times and hear enter your id, I checked the server four lines going in look like hunt lines so if more than one person call at the same time they all get respond acdn 4500 ncfw 4388 which is call pilot type acd ovth 2047

hi all I have cs1000 call 4 digits to an acd line then press 2 to enter id it's connected to a nuance modem ,when I press 2 it takes 4 rings to say enter your id is there a way to chg to 2 rings like it was before thks for any help
