hi,i have a cs1000 opt 11 I need to block two numbers from
calling in ,is there a way ,thks

Not with the Option 11. If you have a PRI for your trunks you could get a "voice firewall" from someone like SecureLogix but that needs dollars.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

I assume you have PRI's on the incoming? As far as I know it's all or nothing...trying to peel off a few CID's could turn into a nightmare an cause you other grief. If they are calling the same DN's all the time you could build a set busy key on those sets and just instruct the users to hit that when they see that number pop up. Or send it to a nasty gram voicemail box.....

If they are calling random DN's it's just going to have to run it's course, or you might try and see if your PRI provider can do something in their translation tables for those. Good luck!
