adding a 6 ports fiber expansion card

hi ,I have a mics 0x32 rel 08 and I wanted to install a 6 ports fiber expansion card
to add extra extension and every time I plug the card and turn the phone system on
I get the msg configuration failed selection warm or reset I choose reset get recycle power
on the screen ,if I choose warm no response,any help would be appreciated ,thks

hi,i'm using port 1 , software is mics -dr 7.0

You need to be in Slot 2, the manual is very clear on that.

Slot 4 | Slot 3 | Slot 1 | Slot 2
LN's 1-4| LN's 5-8 | Ports 9-15 | Ports 3-8
