One of our users is getting a blank gray screen whenever opening up certain windows....for example, when right clicking on "my computer" the properties page goes up blank and gray....this happens with all similar types of windows...any ideas? Thanks

Thanks to all...the prob was the domain controller security policy...i added to login locally and access this computer from the network, and i guess i was impatient and didn't allow the change to replicate...working now though..thanks
