Thanks Ian - we're using Excel XP and the only alternatives in File - Send To - are Mail, Mail recipient (review) or Mail recipient (as attachment). Clicking 'as attachment' just attachs the entire document without the choice of sending the entire workbook or just a sheet. Thanks anyway.

Thanks Berton but there is no Install new font option in the file menu, just those available in Windows Exploring (New, Work offline and Close). I've noticed that the Fonts icon in Control Panel is a shortcut to C:\WINDOWS\FONTS. Would that make a difference? Thanks.

I need to access my boss's Outlook Calendar. At the moment I'm having to Open Another User's Folder (Calendar). However once upon a time I put a shortcut to his Calendar on my Outlook taskbar but I'm stumped as to how I did it! We both have full permissions as delegates. Thanks guys.
