Outlook - Other User's Contacts and Personal folder

Delegate has full access to another's Inbox and calendar. Is there a way of putting shortcuts to the other user's Personal folders and contacts list on the delegate's shortcut bar? We can put the other user's Inbox and Calendar on the bar.

Personal folders no. Contacts, you would have to give them permissions first to access the contacts.
