Having been just caught out by an operator that failed to load last nights tape is there any way I can setup an automated email at say 4pm telling me what tape (if any) is loaded in my tape drive. Using Arcserve ver 11.1

Thanks I was thinking along these lines but the problem is the FISMO roles for the new Domain. Would it be posible to move the FISMO roles from exsitinf DC to new DC going into LAB. then maybe image this DC and transfer the FISMO roles back afterwards. Is there problems transfering FISMO roles...
What we want to do is: Duplicate our Domain in a test Enviroment to have an exact copy of AD for testing migration of servers.
Have tryed restoring A DC from bauckup. but without the exact Hardware this does not work and get a blue screen.
Is it possible to acheve this.
Has anyone got any ideas as to whether I can interface an IPOffice system to Genesys helpdesk/callcentre? Apparently Genesys can talk to a Cisco Callmanager platform but would rather stay with Avaya.

I have quite a few sites using Soft Console ver 2.0.8 for the main operator console. The users like it very much, however I have had a few requests for it to pop and hide on close like phonemanager. Does anyone have any ideas as to whether it a coming feature in the roadmap or can it be done...
Just a bit of a strange question: Does the 20DT cordless phone come COMPLETE with a belt clip in the US or the UK or does the buyer have to pay extra. In New Zealand the distributor is trying to charge extra.

Trying to tandem up a 2030 digital phone and a DECT analog phone and having them both ring at the same time,having the ability to answer from either phone, however when either of these phones is being used then the extension is busy and will give an engaged signal if someone else trys to call...
I agree fully. Even though Phone Dialer works OK it looks not good. It would look nicer and cleaner if it used phonemanager or somehow we could hide the crappy microsoft dialer.

The product in question is infact a seperate Avaya product called Avaya Unified Messenger. Does anyone know anything about this?
