I'm missing the mgrappenu.hlp file on my IP Office. Currently I'm also trying to have the software sent to me. The tech that did the install took all of the software.

I believe that I found the file, but it doesn't work the same. Before I could use F1 and the help files would come up pertaining to the screen I was on. Now when I use F1, it just pulls up the general help index. I'm not sure if it's mapped wrong or what?

Any ideas
