I have a customer wanting a unified messaging solution to work with the IP Office and has shown me a product for this product. Has anyone had any experience with it and wishes to comment
We had a few problems with IMS on VMpro not always synchronising mailboxes & ocasionaly resennding deleted msgs, however after a few visists from avaya tier 3 to the customer & a sowftware patch or 2 all seems to be running smoothley
Sorry about the confusion caused by my typo errors above.
The product in question is infact a seperate Avaya product called Avaya Unified Messenger. Does anyone know anything about this?
