When you tried the processors in a single config did you use both vrm's? If so since you are reloading the os have you tried a system erase and went the smart start setup again?
When you tried to restore to the Win2000 box did you go into options and uncheck "Restore and Preserve Directory Attributes and Security Information"? I believe this is the option that if unchecked removes the Netware Header in the file and allows you to open the file in other OS's...
It is according to what you are going to use them for, but overall that is very little processing power for what you have loaded on them and you will more than likely see performance issues.
Yes, We do it all the time. Don't forget to go into options on restore the check next to "Restore and Preserve Directory Attributes and Security Information" or the file will be unreadable.
Try going into device manager, under computer and check to see if your os is set to single or multiproc. If it is set to single you should be abel to change it without having to re-install.
