    Does anybody knows the error: 'M:\ is skipped from backup. The device is busy I have seen it (on different servers) with different drives M:\, D:\, E:\ so I'm not sure that it's due to MSExchange. The jobs ends with 'Incomplete' and the error about the skipped drive has not the yellow error...

    Always that you run a MUX backup, the Remain capacity that you can see in the log is 0 MB You can run the same job without MUX and see the right Remain capacity of the tape. I think it's a mistake. I've submited this to CA. jmc
