Unable to backup entire drive

Does anybody knows the error: 'M:\ is skipped from backup. The device is busy I have seen it (on different servers) with different drives M:\, D:\, E:\ so I'm not sure that it's due to MSExchange.

The jobs ends with 'Incomplete' and the error about the skipped drive has not the yellow error icon!!!

It sounds like a permissions problem, can anybody give us more information?

'M' drive is normally the drive associates with Exchange IFS which Microsoft do not recommend backing up using a regular backup. Dependant upon your version of ARCserve it may or may not be backed up.

Later versions should always skip it
 
Hi ,
The Drive M will be skippend always , depends of your arcserve version , for example in version 11 or 11.1 the drive M is automatically skipped .
The Drive M is owner by exchange .

Yeah, but what about the other drives?
I have one server with C:, D:, E: and only backup de E:
