Here's a fun one. I have a phone that when it rings if you pick up the handset before the first ring stops the line drops. My solution is to not pick up the handset until the first ring is done, but the user sees it a different way. Anyone know why this would happen?

On our Norstar system, we had 2 phone that rang for Ext. 35. They wanted one of the phones to be it's own ext. The first phone was cross connected to ext. 35 the second was connected to 36. I moved 36 to 38. Now it rings to 38. Every once and a while 38 give a short ring. I'm not sure how the...

This has probably come up before but I can't find it. We need two phones with the same extension. It's on an option 11. The 2 phones are 2616's. I have the phones programmed the same on two different tn's, but the second phone gets time and date but no dial tone.

They want the receptionist to have a wireless headset. The console is a M2250. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a headset that will work? Can the receptionist answer call without pressing any buttons on the console? How about if we went to a 2616?

I got a refurbed M2250. I disu 4 0 (TN for console), replaced console, enlu 4 0. None of the buttons work. The operator answers a call but the caller can not hear her. Is there something special I need to do to replace the console or is the refurbed M2250 junk?

When our M2250 attendant console receives a call it does not make an audible sound. The operator only knows a call is coming in by looking at the display. I have recycled the power. In LD21 CWBZ is set to YES YES. It might be something simple like a wrong button pushed, but I can't figure it out.

I wasn't looking at the hyperterm session and at the > prompt I typed in stat 29. Now anytime I hit a key on the keyboard B022;1HKB022 types on the screen. I diconnected and connected and the same thing happens.
