Have just set up an external divert on a TDA30 which is working, but once the call is finished the system is not releasing the lines. It's as if the system has not detected the calls have finished.
Just did a test and even after unplugging the lines and reconnecting them, the system still sees...
Does anyone have the latest firmware for a TDA30 they would be willing to share?
I know it's only supposed to be real panny techs that have it, but I look after 3 TDA30's for one company and would just like to update them for no real reason other than minor OCD because one unit has a different...
Thanks for that info, I have indeed since closed port 443, although I never made use of this myself, it was all set up prior to me taking over. Since the system had not had any problems in the past I left everything as it was..... won't make that mistake again.

Incoming calls go to the ICG floating extension in day mode. In night mode I'd like the calls to go straight the to ICG mailbox without ringing.

I have a TDA30 and TVM50 connected in DSP mode and with the TVM50 set to Voicemail mode. (No need for auto attendant features)
There are 10 extensions in an ICD Group that ring for all incoming calls and it overflows to Voicemail after 20s, or instantly when in Night mode.

With regard to the Mailbox Activity log, do you mean the one that is available from the CallPilot admin login, under Reports? All this shows is the number of mailbox accesses and the amount of messages left.
Is there another log somewhere with more info?

Here is a extract from the callpilot event log, as you can see there is a failed attempt to log in as the System Manager (102) then a bunch of external calls are initiated. My main concern is it seems that they were unable to guess the PIN for the mailbox, and there is no log of another mailbox...
