Hi there were I work there are about 8 different directories through one failed project to another.
However over the last few years the cpnd has not been updated very often.
I have a csv file now which is quite accurate and was looking for a way to bulk add the cpnd names - is this possible...

Sorry I haven't explained exactly.
No mailbox on 1234 if calls are unanswered they forward to 5678.
However if i dial 5678 directly and its unanswered I get voicemail.
If I dial 1234 the it's forwarded to 5678 and unanswered it rings continuously.
