Hi Burt,
That is already done if you look at the 4th line from the bottom of my posted config.
Now, I do have support people accessing the local machine (192.168.1.2) over the internet. I have given them the password and outside IP address (41.204.56.251). How do I restrict access from their...
...server once the person knows the nat ip and the password.
How do I allow vnc access only to IP address 41.204.54.98?
Below is my current config:

I have a Polycom SoundStation VTX 1000 configured as an analogue phone on an Option 61C. It works fine when all participants are in the same room, however, I need to use the conference facility on that phone to conference other participants not within the room (extensions or trunks).
Any advice...
ACOD gets displayed on M2250 when a call arrives. How do we hide this? Some staff have to sit at console from time to time and see ACOD and use it to bypass restrictions on their phones.
Thanks
yykroon, I have changed the script with yours, however I am still getting the CLID problem.
djwht, I will try the CDP tomorrow to see if it helps. Any idea how I can stop the CLID table information from replacing the customer's number?
Thanks for the help.

Thanks djwht.
I checked 87xx and found they are the DNs of LSE1 channels. Calls go to an IVR first before rerouting into a queue if they wish to speak to an agent.
If I want to just allow the CLID that came with the call (customer's number) to go all the way through to the off-site (Asterisk...
Captain, what you are saying makes sense. What djwht said is more likely the problem and I need some help with that.
I programmed a route (11) with acod 111 and configured 2 ISDN PRIs (60 channels) into that route. The asterisk where I am routing calls to is expecting 3001 and hence when I...
I am using IF OUT OF SERVICE ...
However, I had caller ID displayed on the PRI link while agents were logged in, eg (all numbers start with 27)

...over a radio link (15KM). Any time this portion of the SCCS script has to execute, instead of the CLID showing the caller's #, a number 1125787** is shown instead. When the if condition is not satisfied, then we have the caller's # as CLID.

I need to program a virtual DN (without TN) to auto-forward all calls made to this number to voicemail (voicemail # is 333). System is Option 61C.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

These calls are not NRS routed. There is no signalling server in the configuration. Just using an MC32 for IP trunks.
BIV343, I cannot call from the BCM to the M1. 44 is M1 code, 55 is BCM1 code and 66 is BCM2 code. Under destination digits (Resources/Telephony Resources/Internal IP Trunks/...
