I set up IP trunks (MC32) on option 11c to link to two BCM50s (the BCM50s are already connected). When I try to dial, this is what I get (44 is LSC on option 11C, 55 and 66 are DSCs to BCM50s):

BCM 50 extensions are 2221 to 2225.

Please help.

Thanks. GEORGE

If you run the BCM monitor app, what do you see for incoming digits on the BCM on the line monitor? Also, the UIP tab on BCM monitor should give you a good idea of what is happening on that end from an IP/MCDN perspective.

Do you have the target lines built on the BCMs to receive the appropriate digits, and have the lines assigned to the sets? You'd need to build your target lines to receive 55+ext and 66+ext respectively. If you don't have the MCDN keycode in the BCM, assign those received digits in the 'public' field in the target line. If you have MCDN you can assign them in the
private' field.

Can you call from the BCM to the M1 OK?

These calls are not NRS routed. There is no signalling server in the configuration. Just using an MC32 for IP trunks.

BIV343, I cannot call from the BCM to the M1. 44 is M1 code, 55 is BCM1 code and 66 is BCM2 code. Under destination digits (Resources/Telephony Resources/Internal IP Trunks/ Remote Gateways) on the BCMs, for BCM1 we have destination digits set for 55 222 (plus IP address of BCM2). If I try to enter details for M1 (55 222 plus IP address of M1) it gets rejected with error "digits overlap". Digits dialed from M1 to reach BCM1 numbers are also in the range 55 2221 - 55 2225. How can I put in an entry for the M1? I will check the monitor when I get to the BCM site and let you know.

Thanks for your help.
George

BCMs are able to call M1 alright at all times, however M1 is only able to call BCMs immediatelly after MC32 reset. A short while after reset no calls are possible from the M1 to the BCMs. Here is DCH info for a successful and failed call:
