    CMS problem with archving

    I got CMS V8 and suddenly it started to fail data summarizing. I got message in error log: 1350 ERROR GENERAL error internal to process: Unable to successfully complete archiving. And I got only interval data. Any idea how to fix it?

    I found out what was the problem. CO lines got active function 'distinctive ringing', so for outside calls it generated 2 short rings instead of one longer. I had to change 'Ring Persistency' to shorter one. And now it works :))

    Thank you IPGuru, but: Ad. 1 CLI is off Ad. 2 I set incoming destination to VM:AutoAttendant (this is module name), but situation haven't changed. Ad. 3 Problem appears when I got single incomming call, and I don't see calls queud nor serviced by Voicemail. Maybe you got some other hints?

    CDR Account Codes

    Account code isn't a part of dialed numer. There is separate field in CDR record which contains it. Check 2nd page of display system-parameters cdr and look for 'acct-code'. This way you will be able to locate position of this field in CDR record. Regards, Pieta

    Well, Last time I tried to put MOST in top PCMCIA slot of S8700 it caused machine to reboot :) For me only bottom slot was good place to put MOST PCMCIA.     Inuity LX - Web Access

    Well, I was using the ip address. But... When I submit login screen (with proper login/password) brower tries to connect to ip which isn't assigned to Intuity. It looks like an error in login page. Using 'vm' account isn't the solution, because access to audix application is not enough.
