Thanks, GHTROUT. it acutally was an existing code in our system that we forgot about since we haven't used it in a while.
Acewarlock, I thought I was specific enough. Will do so in the future.

Is there a way to block caller ID so that the called party does not see who it is from on a M2250?
I looked at the opt on att_data and thought it would be as simple as adding cls clba like on a M2616. I rarely work on the console phones and any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you...

I'm not too sure what the technical term for this is, but, we have a client who uses the extension in the 3000 range in their offices. Calling from within the company (ext.3xxx) and inbound calls to the company (408-xxx-3xxx)is normal, but making outbound calls from the company, the last four...
bigindian65,

"A system error occurred, and the user was not deleted. Try again later"
It's unusual. It is only for this particular mailbox. This mailbox does exits in the system too. Trying to add the mailbox it...

Thanks again to lretrievers and John for the assistance. Also just in case anyone is trying to set up something similar. You need to first build a DMI and RLI, both in ld 86 before setting up the LOC in ld 90. I found this out the hard way.
We have an office in NYC. To dial them, we use a 4 digit code + the last 4 digits of an individuals extenstion to call them instead of dialing 9-1-212-xxx-xxxx, etc. I'm trying to figure out the name of this feature so I can set up a similar dialing code for our MA offices. Is this called...
Good afternoon, everyone. I am curious to know if this is possible? Or if anyone is using this type of remote access connection. We are trying to connect to our Option 11 in NYC. Any advice into setting up this type of remote access would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
I'm glad I'm not the only one that finds this request strange.
This is the first time we ever had anyone request their phones to be shut down for just a few hours and we never bothered asking why.
Thanks again john for the help. Looks like we're going to disable the loop since we know which ones belong to the client. Looks like someone will need to be here to do it at the specified time though since I don't see anyway to get it to disable at the right time.
