I agree with all of you. Don't even bother to call msn for tech support. They simply SUCK. For your email problem... I had similar problem but it went away after I changed my smtp setting to my isp's smtp server. Works faster too!

like Carrr said, you might have or had multiple profiles. Or it could simply be a copy of your old *.pst file. Or, you could have multiple "PERSONAL FOLDERS" setup. Check your Outlook and see if you see 2 "Personal Folders".

For Microsoft Mail service, I would suggest MS Outlook (not Outlook Express!). It is easy to setup / use and comes with MS Office suite. Also, when/if you decide to be up to date and upgrade to exchange server, it has option to migrate and import.
