In an educational environment, program A+, I end up with files for that program that I as the administrator can't see who the owner is but I can take ownership. Any way to determine who created or why I can't see who the owner is?

Logon xp machine does map home folder to assiogned drive letter. Have tried loading win9x ds client, set home folder to one dir deep (\\xxxx\crm) . Can manually map drive so permissions are ok. Any help will be much appreciated.

Mail to yahoo is delayed and stored in the queue, that mail seems to remain in the queue even while new mail is sent to yahoo. I have tried to force the connection and done dnslookup, the mx records for Yahoo appear to be ok.

I have created a rule that specifies if the selected exchange users name is in the to or cc box it should be forwarded to his external account. It does not work any help with solving this would be appreciated.

The primary need for this information is to track messages that appear to be delivered to the exchange server but the user does not recieve the e-mail. I've tryed using the message monitor but it doesnot track all messages. If there is configuration issue that will improve the message tracking...
I want to be able to look at all folders on drive m: under the MBX folder. Where can you set permissions that will allow administrator access to these folders? I have delagated control to the administrator.

I turned on message tracking but not all mail messages are found when I do a search on a recipient with a known number of messages during the search time period. Any ideas as to why all messages are not found?
