Thanks jordy...I thought that might work too, but *T does not work through the auto attendant, it works with a normal mailbox tranfering to a station not forwarded, BUT it will not transfer to the VDN or a forwarded station,...It's as if audix knows it is transfering to a vdn or extension that...

Hello, previously on our Audix system when a subscriber was set up the # sign was the initial pasword automatically set as the default. Some how this has been changed. Does anyone know how I would change this back so when adding a subscriber the # sign is the default password.

mikey, when you say with a non acd hunt group it sends calls to it's members sand thats it... Meaning? With a non acd, ucd-mia hunt group, will it search for the next most idle agent if the first extension it hits is a ring no answer, or will it go to cover? thanks
