The system is a Definity G3SI.
This problem has just recently popped up with no changes to our routing or trunk configurations.
We have 20 credit card machines dialing a TF number during events on site.
The cc machines are unable to complete transactions at heavy usage times, they claim they have no dial tone?? I put the TF number being dialed in it's own route pattern going over a 23 member trunk with no other traffic on it. A typical call/transaction would last 6 seconds.
A typical BCMS trunk report for an hour would state:
Calls 296
Completed 262
0% all busy
How do I proceed to determine why these calls are not completing and where the trouble is? Answer supervision is set to 0 on trunk group...
