    I can send you over the Bin Files for V2.99 and V3.0 if you need them. Have you got a copy of the V3.1 Admin? Have you tried to get the phone working? What errors are you getting?, I know the 4620 worked fine on 2.1.

    Evening Laxboye, This is correct you will need the bin files for the upgrade, they are available from https://support.avaya.com/downloads However, you say you are looking to put 3.1 on there. What 403 is it you have? ie; DT or DS type phones?

    If you are using wild cards in the SIP URI it would display the pass through caller ID from the person calling the system when original caller ID is ticked. can you explain how the ARS is setup, short codes etc

    I cannot seem to get it to do this. In the SIP URI I am assuming you have put in the number you wish to display for the outbound calls. Are you willing to send over the config to my email? Remove any data you feel to protect the customer.

    It is part of the Admin set. You can download it on AVAYAs website http://support.avaya.com/downloads/download-details.action?contentId=C2011122910141160_8&productId=P0160 I assume you are running the latest version of 3.0DT or have you a rare DS? Where abouts are you based?

    What reporting software are you using? If you are pulling stats from a 403 you will need to be running Delta server, then the rest is program dependant.
