IP Office 403 v2.1 (24) upgrade

Guys

I have an IP office 403 v 2.1(24) at home and I want to use Avaya 4621SW IP phones. As i understand it I have to use v 3.1 to support this phone. However Avaya's support site is not very help full with this older product. Some things I read say I have to get the 403 up to 2.99 then 3.0 and onward to 3.1 is this right? If so how can I find the files?

This is correct you will need the bin files for the upgrade, they are available from

https://support.avaya.com/downloads

However, you say you are looking to put 3.1 on there.
What 403 is it you have? ie; DT or DS type phones?

IT says IP403 Office DS.

I can send you over the Bin Files for V2.99 and V3.0 if you need them.
Have you got a copy of the V3.1 Admin?

Have you tried to get the phone working? What errors are you getting?, I know the 4620 worked fine on 2.1.
