What issues are you having?
We use it all the time on 7 64bit.

win 32 error on screen

you have local admin rights?
try running it as administrator (the setup.exe)
turn virus protection off if it still fails and run it again

I have installed it as well on Win7 and Win8 64bit and so far no issues so it has to do with the setup of the specific PC.
