Is it possible to "initiate" the connection from a Cisco 3000 series concentrator to a 3002 hardware client?

I cannot seem to save the User Password under Systems, Tunnel Protocols, IPSec - User Password. It saves, but when you power off the Cisco VPN 3002 Harware Client, it loses the User Password.

Pinging yields request timed out from both sides and a tracert doesn't give any info past the default gateway which is the lan addy of the 2k3 server...

I have two 2003 servers connected via routing and remote access across the net. From either server I can get to anything on the opposite network no problem...but when a workstation on one of the LANs tries to hit an IP from the other LAN it does not work. Both servers are set as LAN and demand...
After looking into the IIS logs for my logging needs...I noted all of the connections that do have the domain\username lines say they are to and from 127.0.0.1 with no mention of the internet IP addy?

I have a 4003 with a sup1 engine running bootstrap 5.4(1)with 5.5(1) software.
When you power the switch up it goes into rommon mode...but issuing the "boot" command boots it up just fine. I can then set the boot register to 0x2102 and then issue the reset command and it autoboots fine...
