Once I check my system monitor it says "Expansion Module Disabled - Unlicensed"

Strange issue with 2 of the huntgroups.
Once everyone in the hutgroups are on call they don receive or see the second call, it directly goes to voicemail.
3 lines are active on all the users still just one one works for those huntgroups.
Any suggestions?

I have 5 incoming numbers on SIP lines.
Even after configuring Incoming call routes to different extensions, it rings the same extension.
What can be the issue?
It has been already done, that is how the 3 pri's are working.
we have 30 dids pointing to the 3 pri's we just added the 4th one
s0 those 30 should be using the 4th one too. but it does not.
I have implemented a new pri line, but those channels are just dialing out.

In LAN 2 > LAN Settings > Ip address will it be the IP address of my Internet service provider or SIP service provider?
so in the reporting software they are counted as abandon calls, this question was due to the number of abandon calls in my org went too high.
Tracing with agents and call flow it was difficult to figure out how they are getting abandon, even if the agents are not on free to take call.
