U probly have x221 call forward no answer set to go to vmail ext# or U may have an ext w/line prog'd to ring w/call forward no answer set to vmail ext# & this ext doesn't have vm box or may not be initialized

I just seen post. I work w/national accts & had this same trouble & this is exactly what we had 2do on these sites per techsupport. I had to dialin w/dialup networking.I think trbl started if I can remember w/5.0 MICS & NAM4.1

I started workg on this DBS system & AA calls to operator do not give a tone to operator if she is already on phone...lines appear on keys...already check phone & not in headset mode....any help wld be great!!
log in 2 prog'g & @Term & sets press SHOW
enter an ext U want 2 restrict & press SHOW again
& should say LINE ACCESS n display, press NEXT until
U see Restrictions...press SHOW ,sez restrict filters,press SHOW & enter Filter 2 build...I usually start with 05...press SHOW & should say NO...
If Using NAM or Call Pilot user can setup a Target Attendent under Admin. when caller press"0" call will go there. Another option mayb n F983 under AA set Return to AA as "Y" & when hearing mbx owner greetg can press * key 2 rtn to AA prompt or CCR tree if enabled....This...
