Thanks for the tips, I am receing MSDL0304. One day it is on 12 then the next might be MSDL11. Nortel thinks it might be heavy traffic causing MSDL errors. Going to try and upgrade the MSDL card to verson AC presently on AB.

I a installing a GATM-8 with the main unit. Do I have to enable the GATM-8 in telephony resourses? For some reason I am having a dumb a-- attack and cant remember. Appreciate the help. All eight trunks will be assigned to the GATM. Thanks

How do I check the time on Voice Mail? i thought the option 11 supplies the time.

Had to escalate call to Nortel. it turned out that the DSM-32 was plug in the 4 port, and accordng to Nortel, it has been know not to work correctly. Moved the DSM-32 to the 3 port and put the GATM-8 in the fourth port and everything came up. Just had to reprogram the trunks and a few phones.
