    I have a night greeting module setup to press 9 to be connected to a support rep. I have 9 configured for a transfer to a dummy extension with unconditional forward turned on. When I call in from outside and press 9 it immediately disconnect the call. I am using SIP trunks. Any ideas? Thanks

    Downgrade from 9.1.4.0 to 9.0.4.0

    I did an upgrade today from 9.0.4.0 to 9.1.4.0, I need to revert it back, It won't seem to let me downgrade. When I open "Select IP Office" I see the IPO with the correct IP and 9.1.4 version, but it is grayed out and wont let me choose it. Any ideas? Thanks

    I have a customer that has BM12 modules attached to 9508's. Each extension is programmed for automatic intercom to a button on the BM12. They want the busy lamp to light if the user is on the phone. Is that possible? I can only get that to work if I set the button as a "user" Thanks!
