I have set the "device auto answer" still gets a busy tone. I think the issue is that it is not registering. I never get anymore logs except what I had included above. I have enabled all SIP logging options in the monitor as well.

I have a customer that would like something like this. Calls comes in, AA answers, caller chooses 2 for sales. VM Pro transfers to the sales group. No one answers, caller then gets a prompt to press 1 to leave a message or 2 to continue to hold.

I did an upgrade today from 9.0.4.0 to 9.1.4.0, I need to revert it back, It won't seem to let me downgrade. When I open "Select IP Office" I see the IPO with the correct IP and 9.1.4 version, but it is grayed out and wont let me choose it.
