Currently the call route points to dest "VM:checkCondition" then during business hours rings the main hunt group and after hours it goes directly to night message. I would like to calls to hit "VM:checkConditions" then ring the main hunt group during the day and if not answered after 5 rings be sent back to VMPro to a day module I have setup. Any help would be great. Thanks

Transfer to the main hunt group from the VM:checkConditions module. Set the main group's VM coverage to 25 seconds. Add a Leave action for the main group pointing to the day module.

Use a assisted transfer in VM pro is a better way to handle this.
Als check the option to complete the call flow in the start point action.

Ok, I set that up and it seems to work. Is there anyway for the caller to hear ringing during the 20 seconds that it is ringing internally?
