Listed below is a short program to create an email with and attachment in a Novell Groupwise 6.5 environment.
It creates and sends the email OK, but I need it to popup the email draft to allow the user to review before sending. What am I missing, or need to change?

ssVBAdev,
The following hardware situation may not be your problem but it certainly deserves to be checked. Borderline overheating of a CPU will create all sort of havoc and apparent "software/memory" errors.
I have been having day's when crashes and reboots were the norm, then at times the...
Jayee,
You might check this URL, found quite a bit of info which might answer your questions and get you going...

Seems it might be related to SP2 security, etc. I am running XP Pro SP1 and just loaded NAV 2002 with no problems...
SOSHELP,
Have to agree with SGGAUNT, have installed on three W98SE machines and two had IE5.x and one IE6.x so I'm not sure what gives and all had Netscape 7.01 as default browser.
Believe I may have uninstalled AV6 before installing AV7. Might give that a try.

Its working.
Sometimes it turns out to be the simplest things. I retried the network cable on another network machine and "no" connection. Found the connector on the 10/100 switch end of the cable was not seated properly.
Reconnected the XP machine and it immediately attached to the workgroup...
Looks like I have a few things to try this evening when I get home! Will check the cable but I suspect it is OK as I just "borrowed" it from another machine on the network that is connecting OK.
FYI SP1 or SP2 is not installed yet, have a lot of updates to apply!!
Appreciate the responses...
Just built new machine and loaded Win XP Pro, clean install. Trying to add the machine to existing network using LinkSys router which is assigning IP address.
Looks like the XP machine has DHCP set "ON" as default, but I sure can't figure out how to turn "OFF". Have XP TCP/IP protocol set for...
Thanks for the ideas Craig, gave them a try but it didn't resolve the errors. On a hunch I made the following change to the SET PROC statement in the two classes that the error was being reported in:
SET PROC TO myprog1.spr, myprog1.prg, myprog2.prg ADDITIVE
to the following:
SET PROC TO...
Well I solved one piece of the puzzle. I searched thru posts and found a similar error re: "OLE Error" trying to create an EXE was related to having duplicate class modules in project and I did. I am now able to create a EXE that runs, but I am still puzzled why VFP insists it can't find the...
Hi mike,
Actually that is what is causing the problem. I have the two modules referenced with SET PROC ... ADDITIVE in the INIT sections of the classes. The project "knows" it needs them but can't seem to resolve them, even when pointed at them.
The project was created on another machine...
I have a visual foxpro project which specifies 6 programs (.prg's) that are referenced by the class librarys.
When I try to build the project it says it can't find the 2 of the .prg's, so I do a locate, find them and click on them and it comes back and asks if I want to locate, ignore, or...
Hi Andy,
Yes, just had this happen on a home PC. Booting starting taking long time then would not boot, Scandisk would launch and run and freeze. Curiously, it would only boot into Safe mode.
Installed new HD and all is well. I put the "bad" drive in another networked machine (as a 2nd...
Hi Ed,
We just upgraded from Gateway PIII 500mhz W2K machines to Gateway E4100 P4 3GHz machines with WinXP Pro and encountered no problems.
We had originally used DZPatch to get things going for FPW 2.6 for our clients when the 300mhz cpus first came out. Most of our clients are also now...
Mikmela,
No, we never got this to work in W2K or XP, using FPW2.6 or VFP 6, 7, 8 or 9. We initially ran into this problem several years back when trying to run our VFP product on a NT4 system. Our best thought was this is a NT/FoxPro printer interface problem.
We now utilize software...
Found it!
A co-worker suggested I change the monitor type to generic SVGA 1024x768 and try it. It worked, I was then able to resize the screen to the viewing area for 1024x768. Reset the monitor back to NEC 3FGe and everything is working just fine. Guess the settings for the monitor got...
This board is a legacy card, last update for it was in '01 and ATI has not offered any upgrades since. It the tv tuner software will not work in XP, so that is one reason why I am still on Win98SE.
You have it nailed "felixc", but it didn't used to do that, I was able to switch between 800x600...
Thanks for the reply Martin, but the monitor is not an LCD. I think its the F3GE. Its a tube type, which it were and LCD tho!
Computer is a tower cased Gigabyte mobo with and AMD XP2000.

ATI AIW 128 Rage Pro - AGP video, NEC 15" monitor, Win98SE. Normally run the video at 800x600 and occasionally switched to 1024x768 to run video editors.
Something has changed however and now when I try to switch to 1024x768 resolution, the screen size increases, but does not shrink down to...
Hi Steve,
Don't know if this helps for FPD but I did get FPW to run in XP with SP2. Had to play with the CONFIG.FPW file and leave the 3rd parm off the MEMLIMIT.
MEMLIMIT = 90, 8192
That finally worked for me, got very bizarre results with a 3rd parameter.
