    The saga continues. The BFT was replaced but we still have no Voice Mail. From what the tech told me, when the unit boots up, it emits 2 beeps and the HD light stays a solid green. Is this just a bad HD?

    Setting up multiple GAL's

    Yes. Open ESM and go to the Recipients folder. Right Click "All Global Address Lists" select All Tasks>Create Global Address List. Be aware that address lists other than the default GAL can not be seen using Outlook (Any versions), they can only be used by using a POP3 client such as OWA.
