    yes the A.A. does ring the ext. before going to voice mail and I even removed the ext. from the V.M. group and the ext. just kept ringing. I also set remote access non tie line to unrestricted with no luck

    I already checked for rotary enabled and those ext. are rotary enabled .So when they went from a MLM 007 voice mail to merlin messaging they will not have that feature is this correct.

    To ken07734:I am aware of how to transfer the call into the VM ,now if you just transfer a call to that extention and nobody answers it will go to there VM, but if the DND is on it will come back to the extention that tried to send it saying transfer incomplete.
