Have a strange fault happening at 2x sites. Both sites have Avaya IPO R9.1 with SIP trunks.
Issue:
Avaya User dials a specific external number (in this case it is a bank).
Remote party answers the call with an Auto Attendant and plays greeting with a list of options.

I too had issue with Manager 9.1.8 "Manager Stopped working" after CSV import.
Upgraded to Manager 10.0.0.1 and can now do CSV import without any issues.
I have had a similar problem with VMPro service stopping. Through my troubleshooting, i found that it appeared to be link to the receptionist when she was logged into the softconsole??? Strange... If the reception user was not logged in to the softconsole, she could access the VM and listen...

True. I have had various issues with the 9508's...
- phone lock ups
- screeching noise thru speaker when phone receives a page (or auto answer)
Advise from tech support has been to upgrade to latest version. This has helped... but still have intermittent issues :-/
