I am having a bit of an issue here. I tried the suggestions in the other threads I have found, but I am still stumped.
Our automated attendant won't stop answering the phones. We are having our lines transfer to an outside service on the 4th ring. But our automated attendant is still picking...
I have a similar issue. My euro phone has the speakerphone cutout problem, others on the system do not have that problem. If I switch my phone out with another from the system the other phone does not have this problem. When I put mine back on, it has the cutting out problem.
Some of our...
I am trying to get in contact with their computer tech so I can get the header info, etc on what is happening with the email.
The problem existed before Ninja was installed.
(if the problem were Ninja, Ninja would put their email into the spam folder not bounce it, however the email is not...
hmm. So, it is their DNS issue perhaps? I wonder if there is a way that I can contact their ISP.
We pass all of the tests on dnsstuff.com so I am having trouble figuring this one out...
We are running win2k3SBS and we have a Sonicwall up front. One of our clients (our largest of course) cannot email us. Every time they send us an email, it bounces back undeliverable. We can send to them, but they cannot send to us even if it is a reply.
To our knowledge this is the only one...
Thanks.
After beating my head against the wall, it turns out that the issue was on the phone. While the server was down for the updates, the phone apparently could not get mail so it shut that account down. I verified the settings on the phone and it started working again.
Of course the...
Hi.
We have wireless phones with pop3 clients that have been getting our email for a few years with no problems.
I just installed the SBS 2003 service packs 1 and 2 and now none of the phones can download the user's mail. POP3 service is running.
Did the service packs change anything on the...
Hi.
I have a TZ 170 and I am trying to connect my wireless client to it. I get a connection with excellent signal strength. I can ping the wireless ip of the sonicwall, but I cannot get through that. I cant ping anything on our network. I cant ping anything on the internet. I cant ping our...
SUCCESS!!!
Ok, I found out what was deleting the messages. It was Unified Messaging.
While sitting at my desk and reviewing my voicemail while my inbox was on screen I noticed that as I deleted the messages they were disappearing from my inbox.
I tested the theory by leaving more messages...
haha. Don't work there!!! You have too much knowledge to turn yourself into a useless robot.
Sorry, can't stand that place, yet people keep giving me gift cards there. I think they do it on purpose.
Well, we have been POPing in since we got the Treo's months ago. Not a sorting problem as we have searched all folders (in case some rule was involved) and nothing.
Now, the only thing I can think of is that it is some sort of random issue. It hasnt happened since, so I dont know if it is not...
It has never deleted a message off of the server before. It just reads the messages in my inbox.
It is a possibility but it has been downloading my email without issue for the last 6 months or so.
I'll have to keep an eye on it.
I'll keep you posted.
Thanks
hmm.
Well, the treo logs in and gets messages from the exchange server. There is no service or anything running on the exchange server for the treo. It just logs in and gets messages.
Seems to be a random occurrence. I just did the following:
left a voicemail with outlook open and phone off...
I have the unified messaging working. Thanks to all who helped me with that.
Now, when someone leaves me a voicemail, the system sends me an email. BUT... my Treo will receive the email, but there is no email in my inbox on my Outlook. My Treo only downloads the email in my inbox and leaves...
Thanks for the tips. I'll go restart the server.
Now, when I did run through the unified messaging setup, it asked for the domain citing the username@domain.com where domain.com is the domain. That is not the case for our server. Do I use the real domain (of the exchange server) or their...
