all users right now for both companies log into company1's AD

We have a NT server here that does a constant reboot once it gets to the NT blue screen showing the version and service pack.
I tried using the NT start up disk but when I insert disk #2 I get this error...

It seemed that no calls got sent to the phantom DN and to the revert DN we have set up in MM over the weekend like they should have coming from the queue. So I would like to put up a trace and see if the calls are even getting sent to the IFDN or to revert DN.
Is it possible to trace a call that goes into an ACD queue and then gets IFDN to a Phantom DN that is DCFW? If so can someone please post the commands.

Thanks for your response! This is a ACD queue for a CC. We have a few hundered 800#'s that are pointed to this queue. When we get a media hit we would like the calls to stay in queue for at least a few minutes if all agents are busy.
Then to interflow to 2998.
