Terminal server connection 2

I configured a user on a 2k3 SBS to log on as a terminal server user. Now, when I go to a local computer and attempt to test this new connection I get the following message:
"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively".

What am I missing?

You need to add the user to "Remote Desktop Users" Group on the TS.

Yeah make sure you do that and if you are going to do it over the internet make sure that the port 3389 is open and then you should be good to go but yeah be sure to check the users list, and on my server you have to even add the administrator account to it as well.
