Just got off the phone with Nortel and there is a patch for this problem MPLR12928. The patch isn't public yet but they emailed me a copy. I would be happy to forward it on. I just loaded it and waiting to see if the daily totals show anything besides zeros today.
We currently upgraded to Succession 3.0 and now the ACD totals report is printing out zero's. All other reports are printing correctly and nothing has been changed in LD 23 SCB,
ACD or the TTY config. Anyone else having this issue?
I just migrated a Meridian Mail system to Call Pilot 3.0 and now we are getting false message waiting lights. The message waiting light is lit but no message in the mailbox.
Or after clearing a message from the mailbox the light will go out and then come back on with no message in the mailbox...

I have a customer that has an existing opt51 and is moving to a location that has an existing Opt61. How can I wipe out the database from the 61 and copy the database from the 51?
