ACD daily totals report printing zero's

We currently upgraded to Succession 3.0 and now the ACD totals report is printing out zero's. All other reports are printing correctly and nothing has been changed in LD 23 SCB,
ACD or the TTY config. Anyone else having this issue?

yes mine done the same thing but i haven't addressed the problems. i am the only one using those prints.. i did pull reports once a week for int dept traffic study.. if you find the cure, pls post it

Just got off the phone with Nortel and there is a patch for this problem MPLR12928. The patch isn't public yet but they emailed me a copy. I would be happy to forward it on. I just loaded it and waiting to see if the daily totals show anything besides zeros today.
