David, thanks for the reply. Do I need to uninstall Arcserve and then reinstall Arcserve with QO95275 being the first patch I install, even before SP1?
I am having this same issue, using the same hardware. When I try to apply QO95275, but when it goes to update the components in Arcserve it says none of them are detected. I am running r12.0 SP1 (build 5582). Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.
I am also encountering the same problem. I have 1 job that hangs up on the temp file every time. It is one server that is causing this problem. If I remove that one server from the job it works fine. If try to backup that server individualy it hangs on the temp file. If i try backing that server...
I am trying to uninstall client for windows on a windows 2000 server. ver.9 is installed and it is asking for the install disk. I have tried every cd we have (versions 7,9,11) and it will not accept any of them. Can someone please tell me of a manual way of uninstalling this client.
can someone please post a link to the Arcserve page with all of their patches and updates for v.11.0. I searched their supportconnect site but can only find the patches and updates for v.9.
I am having the same problem. Tried intilializing the the database, but problem still occurs. I am running arcserve 11 on
a windows 2000 server. I am going to try and replace the entire database directory with a clean database and see if this solves the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
