I got a Windows 2000 Server with 2 NIC. One connected to my Cable modem, the other one to my internal switch.
I'm sharing my internet with the Windows 2000 Server NAT and the Microsoft ISA Server, but when the lease time of the DHCP expire on the External NIC, I lose my IP.

I haved exactly the same error running on the same system configuration (w2k srv sp4)
1. Install all the services required
2. Give your self all the required groups
3. Log off/on to apply group settings (I rebooted to be sure)
And all is supposed to work !
