I have a upcoming install IPO and VMPro. It is at a prison. I need to restrict callers that come into the auto attn. from dialing certain extensions, while allowing some extensions to be dialed.
New to the ip office. I have a customer that recently purchased a ip office and they reused the nortel phones. I need to replce a ds16a with a ds30a. I'm looking for the proper steps to accomplish the task.

We have a BCM 400, Outlook 2007, and Unified Messaging.
When I try to create a rule to forward the voicemail to either a group or a person.
That causes unified messaging and outlook to crash.
Is there a workaround an update or anything to get this to work properly?
I just seen a patch for this problem. They have increased the time before the fan brings up a alarm. I was checking on a 32+ red led issue that I have had with the last two BCM 450 that I installed.
