    BCM 400 4.0 Forward Unified Messages

    Hello We have a BCM 400, Outlook 2007, and Unified Messaging. When I try to create a rule to forward the voicemail to either a group or a person. That causes unified messaging and outlook to crash. Is there a workaround an update or anything to get this to work properly?

    BCM 450 fan Alarm

    I just seen a patch for this problem. They have increased the time before the fan brings up a alarm. I was checking on a 32+ red led issue that I have had with the last two BCM 450 that I installed. Hope this helps Don

    bcm 50 CLID rls 3.0

    I have a BCM 50 3.0. I am only seeing 7 digits on the display on incoming calls, but when I pull reports from the system I see all 10 digits, so that tells me the BCM is receiving all 10 digits from telco. They have a Flex PRI from telco.
