how to? - Change image on page based on URL?

Yes, it did on static pages. Thank you. Now considering that part of my system is CMS-based, the body tag ID is defined by the CMS template, so even if the content changes, the Body ID won't. But I guess i can use any other tag ID combined with your CSS strategy. I will try later on and see...

how to? - Change image on page based on URL?

I am sure this is simple but I can't find a way to do this. Basically I have a page with a tabbed menu. When the page loads for the first time, "home" tab is selected. The visitors click "about us" tab and a new page comes up with the about us content, but "home" is now selected again. How do...

Buttons not working in Flash Movie within a DIV layer

No uploaded page yet but after some testing in different browsers, seems like the problem is browser-wise. Firefox won't click, in IE 6 works and in Opera the whole layer is gone. Also, when the layer is absolute, the flash movie works just fine. In my case, the layer is relative and the...

So I made a very simple flash movie with transparent background. I put this on a transparent layer with CSS style to position (relative) the object. Dynamically generated graphic content... Good Practice?

This is more of a advise request than help. Is it a safe/good practice to create graphic areas of a webpage dynamically. In other words, I have a recordset in MS SQL that has the HTML code to create a menu (tables, graphics, links, etc). that will be served along other dynamic content so it...

ASP changes image based on recordset content???

Hope somebody can give me an idea of what kind of script I need for something like this: A page has a tabbed menu on top made out of images and tables. This page is a tamplate for dynamic text so it is always the same, even though it will serve content for 6 different sections. The idea is...

Change image onLoad (tab menu ON state)

Thanks for the link, but I don't think that could resolve my issue here. The idea is that something in the content of the dynamic text can become the variable that the javascript in the template will use to decide which image to show as ON in the tabbed menu.

Change image onLoad (tab menu ON state)

Dan: The page with the 6-tab menu is a template and its content dynamic. Basically in my cutting-corners approach I want to "read" something from this dynamic content that could trigger a function into changing the corresponding tab into ON state. Javascript code is needed. Thanks

Change image onLoad (tab menu ON state)

I have a tab menu made out of tables and images, all the images are in "off" state. What I want to achieve is that one the user enters a page (not by clicking the tab menu) it will, onLoad, change one of the tabs in the menu to the ON status. I know I need a trigger for the javascript to...

Can you protect images/graphics on a web page?

Put your image inside a Flash movie embedded in your site, right clicking on it will display only the flash options. Some actionScript can also prevent printing. Again, what is the point to alienate your visitors in something that won't even work for sure?
