my Ultra 1000AP UPS just stopped working,Push power button Nothing happens,checked all the fuses,and the 120vac coming in and its their,reset is working,Looked at large pc board and nothing looks fried,checked batteries and their down to about 8vdc,Its been off /unpluged about 8 months now...

Oh I read about xampp,It has apache in it.Would the file system be the same as the apache i have now?Would I just be able to move my files from one hard drive to the xampp hard drive in the same apache folders?humm

the mail is for my web-site,were it says "email me"
so all they have to do is click on email me and -as of now OutLook express comes up. Some people dont use or have outlook set up on their machine so they cant use it.
This will be on my server machine that im putting together.

I did look up and found out what the shebang was and I tried a few dif. paths and they didn't work. But I didn't try it with the .exe at the end.

I opened up and installed perl and it went fine.put in the small test hello world scrip in cgi-bin and it wont come up in localhost.here is the error log,[it sees it i guess but just wont open it.

Rhytemace.I think I found out the problem for the images not showing up.it seems that I have to put 2 of these ../../ like this src="../../image/fan.jpg"
